How long does it take to get a refund?

BounceCast doesn’t make refunds under normal circumstances (please refer to our Refund Policy section). However, should an exception for a refund arise the transaction will go through the typical settlement process after which the funds are sent back to the customer’s bank account / payment method. A small delay in bank deposit might occur (typically 1-2 days).
