The user of the service has the right to use the service from BounceCast, according to the chosen service plan, either Free Plan or a paid monthly or annual Subscription. In addition, the user has the right to cancel the monthly or annual subscription plan freely. The billing cycle will be disrupted upon cancellation of the service during the target month. Sign into your account at https://bouncecast.app/. Open the dropdown menu from the upper right hand corner and select “Profile settings” tab. Click the “Change password” link to update your password by inputting your current and new password. Yes! But, you can only upgrade from Monthly to the Annual plan, not vice versa. If you want to downgrade, you will first need to cancel the Annual plan, and then re-subscribe to the Monthly plan. Once you purchase a paid monthly or annual subscription plan from BounceCast, a receipt of your latest transaction containing all relevant information will be delivered to the same email address you used to sign up to the service. Please note that BounceCast doesn’t provide any other form of receipts or invoices after the purchase.Few readersHow long does it take to get a refund?
BounceCast doesn’t make refunds under normal circumstances (please refer to our Refund Policy section). However, should an exception for a refund arise the transaction will go through the typical settlement process after which the funds are sent back to the customer’s bank account / payment method. BounceCast uses Braintree for payments processing. We accept PayPal and international credit cards from the following card issuers: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Maestro.
